Hi, I’m Rupankar Barua — a passionate traveller and a professional with over 25 years of experience across leading private sector companies like Wipro, Reliance, and Aditya Birla Group. I’ve led teams and projects in BPO, telecom, hospitality, and real estate, with a focus on building smart, efficient systems that actually work on the ground.
I love what I do, but I also believe life is about more than just work. And therefore I chose to pursue my careen in something I really like,Travelling ! I find meaning in meeting people, understanding different cultures, and listening to the stories that make every place unique. Photography and art are my creative escapes, and nothing soothes the soul quite like being close to nature and wildlife.
I bring the same curiosity, empathy, and problem-solving mindset to both my travels and my leadership journey — always learning, always evolving.
