  • Meals, other than ones included in package
  • Safari charges, entry fees to parks, rafting charges, artisan charges, expenses at the temples, etc. and fees for cruises and boat rides, recreation activities
  • Museum entry fees
  • Parking fees
  • Charges for cultural shows
  • Any other costs of personal nature not included in the package
  • Personal use of vehicle outside the itinerary

Payment and Refund Policy

As soon we finalize the itinerary, we request you for 50% payment of the package costs as we need to get the bookings done for your accommodation and vehicles. This happens only after advance payment. This removes any hassles on either side during the trip. Rest 50% should be paid up at least 24 hrs before the start of the trip.

However, we also understand that there could be unforeseen circumstances due to which the trip may need to get cancelled or postponed. Cancellations if done early, poses no problems. But last-minute cancellations result in monetary loss for everyone, leaving aside the loss of time and effort spent in detailing each and every step of the itinerary.

We therefore follow the following refund policy.

  • For Cancellation before 15 days of start of journey – 100% Refund
  • For Cancellation within 7-15 days before start date of trip – 50% Refund
  • For Cancellation within 0-7 days before start of journey – 0% Refund

Note

  • The itineraries are subject to change as per flight timings, budgets and preferences of the guests.
  • All our tours are customised and hence we do not display any approximate pricing as every tour is unique. We do not book the packages unless payments are made timely.
  • The itinerary contains the locations we cover. We want you to enjoy your moments and do not want to rush in and out of a place of interest. Due to more time spent in a particular place of liking by our guests, we might not be able to cover another place in the itinerary. Hence, we request our guests to understand this and cooperate with us accordingly.
  • We are nature lovers and respect the blessings we have received through it. We do not encourage any harm to any living or non-living thing on this planet, and want our guests to do the same.
  • We would like our guests to respect and follow the norms laid out in all the places we/they visit. 
  • Certain activities like Safaris, Museum, Waterfalls and Parks, artisan workshops, etc. have logically defined entry and exit timings. These need to be followed as directed. 
  • Arya Stays would not be responsible in case any part or whole of the itinerary needs to be cancelled/postponed due to force-majeure events like bad weather, excessive snowfall, strikes or any other unforeseeable events or situations not within our control. We request our guests to kindly bear with us in such situations
