A beautiful bungalow nestled in the middle of nature, just next to the eastern range of Kaziranga National Park, Assam. With spacious and well furnished rooms, expansive open spaces, great home cooked food and a kitchen garden, this is an ideal getaway for families wanting to spend some quiet time together. The beautiful trees all around the campus serves as a gerat parking spot for many different varieties of birds - like hornbills, barbets, parakeets, and many more. Complete arrangements for wildlife safaris done at the bungalow itself. You can go cycling around, visiting the local villages, or enjoy a game of table tennis in the evening. A special visit to a local tribal village, is also arranged with a special traditional lunch at the village. A visit to Assam without visiting the tea gardens is unforgiveable. Hence a special visit to a tea garden and its factory is also available, if desired. Overall, a stay here fulfills quite a few of the aspirations of a detailed Assam visit.

Property Rules
- This is a property made with a lot of love and care, in the midst of beautiful natural surroundings, so that guests can spend their time here in peace. We want all our guests to respect that. Kindly do not indulge in any activiy that is harmful to nature or any of its inhabitants.
- The bungalow is near a forest range and there are Government rules and regulations to be followed. We request everyone to follow the rules as prescribed by the Government, otherwise non conformance of the same may invite penal action by the Government.
- We also request our guests to act responsibly while visiting any local villages, going on a trek or on a safari. Every tribe / village has their own set of in rules and regulations, and the same needs to be respected by all. Please follow the instructions as received from the Bungalow staff, guide or official while visiting these locations.
- Payment for the rooms/pachage needs to be done in advance. Expenses of personal nature is not covered any package.
- Any damage to the property will be recoverd from the guests.

- Immediate Fast Aid like antiseptic lotion, band aids, ice packs, bandages cotton, etc are kept at the resort.

- >4 prior to check in date : 50% of booking value
- <3 days prior to check in date: 100% of booking value
- In case of a no show on the date of booking, no refund is applicable.
